What we make

Welded assemblies, built to a drawing revision

Everything below runs in the same plant in Xuzhou: cutting, bending, robotic welding, surface treatment and export packing. One supplier, one traceability chain.

Why buyers stay

A supplier that survives an audit

Construction machinery buyers need a supplier whose process, records and output stay consistent from the first month to the twelfth.

Talk to an estimator
  • Twenty years, one industry

We have welded construction machinery components for 20 years, with the same production focus and customer expectations.

  • OEM-ready process

Our process is built for construction machinery OEM requirements, with procedures and records supporting repeat production.

  • Documented, not improvised

Every joint has a welding procedure and qualified welder behind it. Heat numbers and inspection results follow the part to dispatch.

  • Robotic cells for repeatability

Series parts run on robotic MIG/MAG stations to hold weld quality steady across a production batch.

How it works

From drawing to packed parts in five steps

Each stage ends with something you can sign off, so nothing is discovered late.

  1. Drawing review

You send 2D drawings or 3D models. We check weld symbols, tolerances, material and hard-to-reach joints before quoting.

  2. Prototype trial production

A first piece is built and measured. You approve the part before series production starts.

  3. Batch fabrication

Approved parts run on CNC laser cutting, press braking and robotic MIG/MAG stations, with WPS and welder records kept per batch.

  4. Surface treatment

Surface treatment is agreed in the quotation and applied before packing when included in the approved scope.

  5. Export packing and dispatch

Parts are packed for sea freight and shipped with the document pack: material certificates, weld records and inspection results.

Questions

Things buyers ask before the first order

Use the enquiry form to ask about a project requirement that is not covered here.

Ask a question
What do you need from us to quote?

A drawing or 3D model with the revision number, the material grade, the quantity per batch and the delivery destination. If you only have a sample, send photos and dimensions and we will quote from that instead.

Can you produce from a sample instead of a drawing?

Yes. We reverse-engineer the geometry, agree the critical dimensions with you in writing, and build the first piece for approval before any series work starts.

What materials and thicknesses do you weld?

High-tensile, low-alloy and carbon steels used in construction machinery structures. Send the grade and we will confirm the qualified procedure.

How do you control weld quality and distortion?

Each joint is assigned a welding procedure and a welder qualified for that process. Series parts run on robotic MIG/MAG stations to keep heat input consistent. Fit-up and dimensional checks happen before welding and again before dispatch.

Do you supply prototypes before series production?

Yes. Prototype and first-article production is a standard step for new parts. You approve the sample before we release the batch.

How are parts packed for export?

Packing is specified on the quotation so you can see the cost separately. Export packing and container loading are available within the approved scope.

What are your minimum order and lead times?

Lead times depend on part complexity, material and batch size. Both are confirmed in writing on the order acknowledgement.

Send a drawing. We will tell you whether we can build it — and what it takes.

Quotations for series parts are prepared after drawing and scope review.
